Support Group
The Shoreham Harbour Lifeboat Support Group (former the lifeboat society) is the member of the Shoreham lifeboat ‘family’, which raises funds towards the cost of equipping and training the crew and also the maintenance of the lifeboat station. The group runs coffee mornings, quiz nights and tombola stalls at local events like the Shoreham Air Show. You should be aware that the RNLI is a charity and receives no government funding. All of its work and activities are funded by voluntary donations and fund-raising at events. If you would like to help and get involved with the Shoreham Harbour Lifeboat Support Group, contact Hugh Tucknott on 01273 597018 or Jean Tyler on 01273 461235.
